How to Order: Fill in the form below to register your order. We will then seek quotes and only charge you for what we are charged. if you register your order, it is considered final sale (otherwise we will order for you and it will come out of our pockets).
Prices: approximately $40-$45. Might be less, might be more depending on number of orders we get - we don’t want to overcharge so we’ll let you know what you owe us once the final quote has been received.
