I understand that my registration is a commitment to attend as many rehearsals (in person preferred – online available) as possible. I understand a minimum of 12 of the regular weekly rehearsals is preferred. I understand that if I want to perform in the Musical, full cast rehearsals are mandatory and I understand my ability to perform will be re-considered if unable to meet the required attendance.

I understand Cheep Trill Ltd have a no refund policy and that I've ensured the dates, times and details of this term suit me. I agree to the risks associated with singing in a group. I hereby declare that I am physically able to participate in all aspects of choir rehearsals and performances. I understand photos or videos may be taken in the course of rehearsals and performances and may be used for promotional materials. I understand that there are no plus ones of any age or animals at choir rehearsals - unless they are support workers or support animals and I'll let Cheep Trill Ltd know in advance. I understand switching between choir locations during the term is not permitted. I hereby release Cheep Trill Ltd and its employees, contractors and sub-contractors from any liability in the event of illness, injury or loss occurring to me or my personal belongings and will make no claim as a result thereof. I hereby give permission for me to be medically treated, as deemed necessary, by Cheep Trill Ltd and its employees, contractors and sub-contractors (an ambulance will be called in the unlikely event of an illness, accident, emergency, etc). I hereby authorise any licensed medical person or facility to treat me. I agree to assume full financial responsibility for any medical services provided. I agree to indemnify Cheep Trill Ltd and its employees, contractors and sub-contractors for any and all present or future claims, damages or actions in law or in equity that may hereafter be presented by me as a result of any such injuries.
